✤ Cancellation option is available up to 24 h before your appointment.
Not coming without warning : 100% cost of the booked service; cancellation on less than 24h before your appointment: 50% cost of the booked service. If this amount is not paid, the online booking system automatically will not show any other free time in my calendar until the amount is paid.
If you booked a service from "Package" category and decide to cancel one of the service when you are already at the salon, you will have to pay 100% of this service. Remember, that being a nailtech is my main job,not my hobby - is it my money and time, so lets respect each other!
